A nationally recognized interventionist and Recovery coach, Kimberly Gosick began her journey in 2013.
Kimberly manages a men’s treatment facility located in her hometown of Chilliwack, B.C. She has garnered a reputation for expertise and professionalism in the addictions treatment field across Canada.
Kimberly is an asset to the team as she can relate to a wide range of addictions through her own experience and triumphs. She’s a strong advocate for families struggling with addiction. Kimberly’s personal experience with recovery stems from habit within herself and her family. As a result, she has participated in interventions for several of her loved ones.
Kimberly helps create the seamless continuum of care to support the person suffering from an addiction. By offering services pre-and post-treatment, she has sought to provide all the supportive services around treatment.
Kimberly’s personal experience of addiction and recovery fuels her desire to impact others in similar situations. She grasps the full understanding of the addict’s behavior.
One of the first signs you will know, that you have an experienced interventionist, is that they gather pertinent information about the addicted person, but also about the various relationships within the family. Their goal is to ensure the intervention does not go off-track due to unexpected interference from a co-dependent family member or friend.
